Flora Anna Sutherland (nee Murchison) who we all knew as Anna passed peacefully in the presence of her family on 2nd October 2025. Anna was born in Inverness in 1935 and grew up in Achintraid, Kishorn. She worked as a much loved nurse at Leanchoil Hospital until her retirement.
Greatly missed wife of Ken Sutherland, mother of Will, Duncan and Ken. Grandmother of Helen, Nick and Cormac and formerly of Alexandra Terrace Forres The Funeral will be held on Tuesday 14th October at 1.00 pm in Andrew Smith’s Funeral Home , 17 Tytler Street, Forres, IV36 1EL thereafter to Clovenside Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to Varis Court Resident’s Fund can be made at funeral home door or forwarded to the appointed funeral director.
